The Ministerial Staff is a body of ordained ministers who serve alongside the Pastor to support the spiritual life, mission, and ministry of the church.

Our Pastor provides primary spiritual leadership, while associate ministers and other clergy assist in preaching, teaching, pastoral care, evangelism, and the development of ministries that strengthen the congregation.

At Historic Pilgrim Baptist Church, the Ministerial Staff works in unity with the Pastor to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, nurture spiritual growth, and support the various ministries of the church.
